William A. Byers is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Navitas Midstream Partners, LLC.
Byers has 14 years of energy industry investment banking experience, and he most recently served as a Managing Director with the Natural Resources Group of Barclays Capital where he spent 8 years. During this time, he provided
M&A and capital raising services to public and private upstream, oilfield service and midstream companies with an emphasis on the midstream and MLP sectors. Notable transactions include the sale of Copano Energy to Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, the sale of Caiman Eastern Midstream to Williams Partners, the Plains GP Holdings IPO, Targa Resources, Inc. IPO, and the El Paso Pipeline Partners IPO.
Byers received an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania.
