Mr. Binch has been an active independent director for thirteen years. He has extensive experience in worldwide sales, enterprise applications and business intelligence/analytics.
He currently serves as a director on three boards: Callidus Software (lead director), Saama and MedeAnalytics, as well as one advisory board (DemandTec). Mr.
Binch served as chairman and chief executive officer of SeeCommerce (acquired by NCR/Teradata). He was senior vice president of worldwide sales at Hyperion/Arbor and a senior executive at Business Objects and Prism, two business intelligence and data warehousing companies.
He served for five years at Oracle, departing as vice president of strategic accounts. In addition, he has held executive positions at IBM, Itel and Fortune Systems.
