Dr. William Baker – As inventor of the REACT system and advisor to the company, Dr. Baker plays an important role in shaping the product's direction. Dr. Baker has taught at Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management for more than 40 years and provides additional communication training for business and government
organizations. He has published numerous communication articles in both academic and practitioner journals and is author of his own textbook, Writing and Speaking for Business. He has also earned a myriad of teaching awards at both the college and university levels. Dr. Baker is a former senior analyst at Kemper Insurance in Chicago and holds degrees from Southern Utah University, BYU, and Oklahoma State University.
