Before Plum, Will was on the UK board of the innovation consultancy, Happen, where he led projects that solved consumer and business needs to launch new products and services for brands like Arla, Carlsberg, Ticketmaster, Electrolux, Gu and Glenfiddich. Before that he ran an art gallery, worked as an interior designer and trained as an architect.
He also tells us that he is the slowest cook known to man (omelette = 2 hour task).
