Will Ponder joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2016 as Vice President of Acquisitions for the Company’s Southeast region. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the sale or acquisition of more than 5.5 million square feet of retail real estate and the execution of more than 840 leases. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, Mr. Ponder
served as Senior Real Estate Advisor for the Sears Holdings Corporation and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Adamant Energy. Prior to that he spent nine years with EDENS, most recently as Vice President of Investments – Southeast. Mr. Ponder is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Wofford College.
