Will joined Resurgens in 2017 as an Associate. Prior to Resurgens, Will was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology & Services Group of Raymond James. Will worked on a variety of M&A transactions with enterprise software and services clients, and was actively engaged with several technology private equity sponsors on many of his
assignments at the firm. Will graduated with Highest Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration, Corporate Finance. At UNC, Will received the Award for Undergraduate Excellence in Finance, graduating first in his class of finance majors.
