Will has been Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer and Corporate Secretary since 2013. He leads Concho’s business development function and is responsible for legal and government affairs, as well as human resources, security and facilities.
Will joined Concho as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2009, and
was later named Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2010. Will began his career practicing corporate and securities law at Vinson & Elkins, L.L.P.
He is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence.
