Will Bermender is the Founding Partner of Will Bermender Equity Partners, effective September 2013. He also is an Operating Partner, portfolio CEO and Board Member of Haniel Industries.
Formerly, Bermender served as Vice President, Comcast, to which he was named in August 2004. He led the customer operations of Comcast Cable across a $1 billion
division in the United States, including customer acquisition, retention and profitability.
Previously, Bermender served as Vice President, ValueVision Media (now EVINE Live), where he led all strategic and operational activities in customer operations for ValueVision's $670 million television shopping unit ShopNBC. Prior to that, Bermender was Director of Operations, Cendant.
Bermender authored the customer experience reengineering book Upgrading the Customer Matrix in 2010, published by Triboro Press.
