20+ year career in medical devices. Full P&L management responsibility and general management of all departments of medical device companies. Extensive experience in multiple specialties within the medical device sector. Background with disposable, capital and implant sales to hospitals, surgery centers and physician offices. Broad history in
building and managing global sales forces. Experience building and actively managing direct and independent sales forces. Experience with product development, product launch, marketing, new market development, GPO & IDN contracting, international markets, sales incentive programs, coding, reimbursement, 510(k) filing, sales training, supply chain management, private label manufacturing, operational cost management and distribution networks.
