Wayne Richards is the vice president of facilities and is responsible for the oversight of more than 4 million square feet of operational space and equipment. He focuses his efforts on energy management, the acquisition and leasing of facilities and equipment, new facility launches, and various management roles as a member of the executive team.
Wayne started his career with Ford Motor Co. of Canada in materials management.
In 1992, he joined Butcher Engineering Enterprise, now Hollingsworth. Wayne attended St. Clair College and the University of Windsor, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
