Prior to founding Shayne Foods in 2007, Wayne Lowery Jr pursued a career as a chef.
Since childhood, Wayne has been interested in canning foods, and in 2007 launched Shayne
Sauce Foods out of his apartment. Since launching the company, he has grown the product line
from six condiments, to over 200 unique skus. He has diversified the product
base to encompass
additional condiments and whole wheat pastas. He has experience creating new food products,
overseeing manufacturing functionality, sales, and daily operations management functions.
