Wayne Lorgus is the Partner at B2B CFO. He was a former CFO at Quantum Health.
Donning his trademark (and quite dapper) bowtie, Wayne guides our organizational financial performance to help Quantum Health reach its future goals for growth.
As CFO, he’s responsible for identifying risks and opportunities through planning analysis; instituting
pricing models, performance metrics linked to strategy, and continuous improvement metrics tracking; facilitating transparency and driving the budgeting process; constructing reliable control systems; and encouraging innovation. He also oversees all banking, auditing, and investor relations.
When not steering the financial ship of Quantum Health, you can find Wayne in his native Philadelphia rowing from Boathouse Row on the Schuylkill, flying as a copilot on a Challenger 604 business jet, or conducting search and rescue missions for the Delaware Wing, U.S. Air Force Auxiliary, where he is a check pilot, mission pilot, and serves as Wing Finance Officer. He also enjoys spending time with his two grown children, who live on the East Coast.
Wayne graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and he holds CPA certificates in New York and Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of the Air Command and Staff College of the USAF Air University and holds a Graduate Gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America. Believe it or not, he also attended culinary school.
