• Introduced a private cloud-based solution (VMWare vSphere and LabManager) to provide a scalable and standardised SaaS trading platform environment for support, implementation, development, testing and deployment of software updates, increasing client issue reproduction by 75% and reducing manual build times and resource costs by £1m pa (Fidessa). • Technical lead assisting the business through 3 major VC backed funding rounds and achieving £6m investment (QinetiQ Rail). • Introduced a number of service improvement initiatives leading to an increase of 80% in client satisfaction in the annual client survey (Linedata). • Following a comprehensive review of the support team structure and processes, re-organised the team and provided additional training, leading to significant improvements in team morale and client satisfaction (Fidessa). • Designed, built and rolled out the UK's first Digital Dataroom for the Mergers and Acquisition market (sale of Sommerfields stores) saving the client over £250,000 in legal fess (Intralinks).
