Wayne joined Entegreat as Chief Operating Officer in December 2010. He is a career services industry professional who brings 30 years of experience in the manufacturing automation industry with an emphasis on project management excellence.
Prior to joining Entegreat, Wayne spent 25 years at Rockwell Automation where he held the position of
Global Program Manager responsible for selling, planning, staffing and execution of global programs and was instrumental in the development of Rockwell’s project management standards. Wayne successfully executed over $40M USD in projects over a 10 year span providing integration management services for the automotive industry. Wayne also managed internal projects focused on improving operational efficiency and global resource staffing for the Systems Solution Business group.
Wayne graduated Magna Cum Laude from Siena Heights University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering. Wayne is trained and certified by the University of Wisconsin in Project Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
