Wayne Cohen is President and Chief Operating Officer for Oz Management. He is also an Executive Managing Director and a member of the Firm’s Partner Management Committee. In this role, Wayne Cohen has a broad scope of responsibilities managing day-to-day operations of the Firm, including overseeing non-investment functions and leading strategic
initiatives.
Wayne Cohen joined the Firm in 2005 working as an Attorney and General Counsel. Prior to joining Oz Management, he was an Attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.
Wayne Cohen holds a B.A. in International Relations from Tulane University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
