Wayne is the CTO at Criteria and one of its founding employees. He has a technical and hands-on background, having spent many years developing and managing Criteria's testing platform, HireSelect®. Prior to Criteria, Wayne worked at Xap as a Lead Web Developer, where he met Josh Millet. Wayne graduated with a BA in Economics from Pomona
College, but the thought of wearing a suit and tie to work every day made his soul sad, so he decided to pursue a career in technology.
