Wayne Burns brings over 20 years of finance and operating experience to Nanostring Technologies. Most recently he served as COO and CFO at Action Engine Corporation.
Previously Wayne was a founder and CEO of SafariDog, Inc. Wayne has served as CFO for four venture backed software companies all of which were successfully grown and then acquired
by public companies .
Wayne has also served as CFO of Renaissance GRX, Inc., a public graphics card manufacturer. Prior to that Wayne spent 5 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the U.S. and Italy.
Mr. Burns is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Washington.
