Prior to founding Wolf, Warren was Finance Manager of Mistral Energy Inc., Controller for Sea NG Corporation, and held domestic and international senior finance and accounting manager positions with Solex Development Corp., Apache Canada, and Fletcher Challenge Energy.
Warren has been responsible for and, has insight into, all aspects of
financial management, domestic and international activities, internal and external reporting, compliance and a long history of growing entities within the midstream sector. His work is consistently approached with the customer in mind.
Warren holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary (1991) along with a Certified Management Accountant designation in the province of Alberta.
