Warren Roy has been licensed as a certified public accountant for over 30 years, originally in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and since 1997 in the State of Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Warren began his career with a regional firm located in Boston, Massachusetts, becoming a partner with the firm in 1981. In 1983 he founded a regional firm in Boston that had continued growth through 1997. In 1997, he sold the firm and headed to warm weather, establishing the firm Roy and Spamer P.A. now located in Delray Beach, Florida.
