Warren Citrin is aThe Founder/Owner of Gloto. Warren is an accomplished businessman and entrepreneur who received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2003.
Warren led numerous large-scale R&D programs at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, before co-founding Solipsys Corporation in 1996. As CEO of
Solipsys, he provided strategic vision and leadership before it was sold to Raytheon, a Fortune 50 company, in 2003.
He received a BSEE from the University of South Carolina, and an MS in Applied Mathematics from the State University of New York, and is an active angel investor and entrepreneurial mentor at University of Maryland.
