John Ward Rotter joined AirPatrol in 2008 bringing proven operations methodologies, broad management experience and fiscal expertise to the Corporation. His background ranges from executing complex financial transactions to managing large scale engineering projects overseas. Mr. Rotter has created structures and systems to manage organizational
change in dynamic work environments.
Mr. Rotter served as director and executive officer of The Echelon Group Inc, a diversified financial services company since its formation in 1988. Mr. Rotter was a Co-Founder and served as Chief Financial Officer for Point West Capital Corporation from 1992-2004. Mr. Rotter has extensive experience as a Director, serving on both public and private company boards. Prior thereto, Mr. Rotter served as an officer in the United States Army (Corps of Engineers) after graduating from the United States Military Academy. He has a Professional Engineering license from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
