Wang received his bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Science and Technology of China in July 2006 and his Ph.D. degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in July 2011. The research direction is artificial intelligence. From July 2011 to April 2015, he worked as a core trading system development
engineer at the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange.
