Wang Qunbin is an Executive Director and Co-Chairman of Fosun International, and the founder of the Group.
Wang Qunbin was appointed as a Director of the Company on May 1995. Wang served as the Company’s Director and general manager from 1995 to 2007 and was the chairman of the Board of the Company from October 2007 to June 2010.He served as CEO
till February 2020 where he became co-chairman.
Currently, Wang is a co-chairman of Fosun International Limited, a non-executive director of Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd., a director of Henan Lingrui Pharmaceutical Company Limited, and a director of Shanghai Yuyuan Tourist Mart Co., Ltd..
