Graduated from Northeast University of Finance & Economics and Macquarie University in Australia, Mr. Wang Libo is a holder of bachelor degree in economics and master degree in accounting. He has over 16 years of experience in investment and professional services in China's capital market.
Focusing on investment in healthcare and modern
agricultural industry, Mr. Wang Libo has presided PE projects of Aide Cattle and Creation biological, and has involved in the BGE, Eastern Pioneer, Kangtai biological, Sun Shine Culture, Joy Orient and other projects. He acts as an observer on the Board of supervisors of Kangtai Biological and supervisor of Joy Oriental and Sun Shine Culture.
Before becoming co-founder of Panlin Capital, Mr. Wang Libo had served as Department Manager of Zhongzhou Accounting Firm, Director of Capital Bridge Securities’ investment banking headquarters operations, Assistant of Chief Financial Officer of Sino Gold Mining, and has experiences in accounting professional services and management.
Mr. Wang Libo is versed of domestic listing process and financial practices, proficient in business accounting, specializes in enterprise budget management, financial management, financial planning and capital combined, and has a wealth of internal and external audit work experience for promoting companies’ IPO and M&A by providing effective financial operational support.
