Walter Turek has been a Director of the company since January 2005. Prior to his retirement in June 2009, Walter Turek was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Paychex, Inc. (“Paychex”), a national provider of payroll and human resource services.
Walter Turek was named to this position in 2002 and oversaw the company’s sales force of
approximately 3,000 people. In addition, Walter Turek oversaw the company’s international efforts.
Prior to his retirement in June 2009, Walter Turek served as president of Stromberg, a provider of time and attendance solutions, and president of Rapid Payroll, Inc., a California-based payroll software company. Both companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Paychex.
Walter Turek serves on the board of directors of BlueTie.com, Mykonos Software and Adventive, all of which are private companies.
Walter Turek holds an associate’s degree in business from Monroe Community College.
