Walter Henry is a Chartered Financial Analyst with an extensive finance background encompassing Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, International Projects and Financial Reporting. In addition, he offers broad expertise with Controls and Taxation Matters, Treasury & Financial Risk Management and Public Corporation Investor Relations.
Prior
to joining Frontline, Mr. Henry acted as VP, Finance and CFO with a number of public companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange, including Tiberon Minerals Ltd., Royal Nickel Corp., Juno Special Situations Corp., and Alturas Minerals Corp. He also held the position of AVP, Mining & Infrastructure within the Financial Advisory Services Group of Price Waterhouse Coopers Securities Inc.
Currently, Mr. Henry serves as a Director of Merrex Gold Inc. and Alturas Minerals Corp.
Mr. Henry is an associate member of AIMR/Toronto Society of Financial Analysts and the Institute of Canadian Bankers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfred Laurier University.
