Walt joined us August 2012 and is responsible for delivering world class customer care to our ever expanding community of customers and partners.
Walt is an experienced and accomplished executive with a track record building and scaling high performance teams focused on delivering customer success and a competitively differentiated customer
experience. Most recently Walt served as VP of Global Customer Care and Operations at ServiceNow where he developed and scaled key functional areas including cloud operations, customer and partner satisfaction programs, customer success, technical support, professional services, knowledge & community and training & certification. Prior to ServiceNow Walt held executive leadership positions at Shoretel and Webex where he was responsible for building and scaling global services organizations This included worldwide technical support, training & certification, installed base account management, customer retention and voice of the customer programs. He also led similar teams at InternetConnect and Nextel.
Walt holds a degree in business administration from Cleveland State University.
