Walt was the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Uppercase, Inc., a tablet PC startup acquired by Microsoft. Prior to that, Walt spent eight years in the User Interface Research Group at the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), where he was presented with the Xerox President’s Award and the PARC Excellence in Science and
Technology award. He holds 15 United States patents. Walt has also served as the Vice President of Strategic Operations at 12 Entrepreneuring, a business incubator in San Francisco.
