Wade Loo is Chairman of Kofax's Audit Committee.
He was with KPMG from 1980 to 2010, ultimately serving as the senior partner in charge of KPMG's Northern California audit practice, including San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Sacramento and Honolulu.
