While at PNL, the Fund managed a $100MM real estate portfolio. He was responsible for the redevelopment and management of the former 1.2MM SF RadioShack headquarters located in downtown Fort Worth, TX. He began his career with Crescent Real Estate Equities Company working on the Office acquisitions and dispositions team and was a project manager for a 275,000 SF office development, Howard Hughes Center. W.A. graduated from Southern Methodist University, where he was a University Scholar and received a Finance and Real Estate degree from the Cox School of Business. W.A. resides in Fort Worth, TX with his wife, Regan, and three children, Will, Sarita and Win.
