Vivienne Selzer is the Chief Operating and Financial Officer and is responsible for driving operational outcomes and revenue globally. He was previously the Asia Pacific Regional CFO at Cushman & Wakefield and was responsible for the overall management of all financial, commercial and operational aspects of UGL Services / DTZ /
Cushman & Wakefield’s combined property business across this region. At UGL Services / DTZ / Cushman & Wakefield, Vivienne managed the finance and commercial functions across 15 countries and was instrumental in the post-acquisition integration of DTZ into UGL Services and the financial merger of Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ in the region. Vivienne also lead multiple ERP upgrades, client migrations, back office automation, profit improvement and other diverse projects. Before that, Vivienne was at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Vivienne is an entrepreneurial, hands-on, innovative and results driven, commercially astute finance executive with more than 15 years’ experience in senior finance rolls in large and complex matrix businesses. He has a proven ability to deliver positive strategies and outcomes in business growth, profitability and operational performance. He is strategic, resourceful and a commercially astute leader with broad based experience in finance, accounting, management, governance, risk, safety, systems, M&A, planning, business integration, shared services, procurement, facilities management, leasing, contracting, process change and process improvement and is an experienced CFO and commercial manager.
Vivienne has a Honours Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town and is a Chartered Accountant in Australia and South Africa.
