Vincent Lien has over 20 years’ experience in banking, specializing in corporate finance and capital management in Hong Kong, the PRC, Singapore and South-east Asia. Prior to retirement, he held various senior positions at major multinational banking institutions including Swiss Bank, Bankers Trust and ABN AMRO. IMr. Lien is currently a director of
Wah Hin & Company; a Singapore incorporated private investment holding company, a director of the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore, and a non-executive director of UP Energy Development Group Limited, CT Environmental Group Limited and Viva China Holdings Limited, each listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Lien obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick in 1986.
