Vincent was a Managing Director and Head of Technology and Business Process Re-engineering at Bank of Singapore. Prior to joining Bank of Singapore, Vincent also held various positions in the Global & Capital Markets domains, working with banks such as HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank to develop and implement process and technology solutions to
support and manage their Derivatives Trading activities. He has also led the effort of effectively re-engineering and consolidating Treasury Front to Back-Office systems for trade & risk management, processing and accounting across all asset classes including Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Fixed Income and Derivatives (Interest Rates, Foreign Exchange, Equity) for OCBC Bank.
Vincent earned his Master of Science from HEC School of Management in Paris, concentrating his studies on Operations Research and Quantitative Methods, as well as Management of Information Systems. He also completed a Program of International Management at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
