I’m a dedicated professional with a strong background in early childhood development and family support. For many years, I worked with NCAST Programs at the University of Washington, where I had the privilege of contributing to groundbreaking research and practical tools that strengthen parent-child interactions. NCAST is renowned for its

commitment to improving outcomes for children through evidence-based practices, and being part of this organization deeply shaped my career and personal mission.

During my time at NCAST, I collaborated with a talented team of researchers, clinicians, and educators to develop training programs and assessment tools that empower caregivers and professionals. These resources have been instrumental in enhancing understanding of early childhood development and fostering healthy relationships between parents and their children. I was particularly proud to support initiatives that reached underserved communities, ensuring that the tools we created could make a difference where they were needed most.

My work also involved training professionals across various fields, from healthcare to social work, to use these tools effectively. Witnessing the real-world impact of these programs—whether it was helping a struggling parent connect with their child or equipping a clinician with better assessment methods—was both inspiring and humbling.

Beyond my professional life, I’m deeply passionate about advocating for evidence-based approaches to support families and children. I believe that by investing in early development and education, we can create a ripple effect of positive change that lasts for generations. I’m also committed to fostering connections within the community, helping others access resources, and raising awareness about the importance of early relational health.

Looking ahead, I remain dedicated to applying my knowledge and experience to initiatives that empower families and professionals, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive and reach their fullest potential.
