Vikram joined Samara India Sub Advisor in November 2007 from PwC where he worked in the Tax and Regulatory Services Group. Vikram has around nine years of experience in domestic and cross border taxation in consulting as well as industry. At PwC, he handled assignments pertaining to domestic and cross border M&A transactions, inbound and
outbound investment structuring, due diligence, corporate restructuring - holding and capital structuring. He has conducted tax planning studies for large Corporates including Public Sector Undertakings. His experience spans sectors such as Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate, Engineering, Telecom, and Manufacturing.
He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Graduate in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
