Vikki Herrera joined Emotient in March 2013 and is responsible for the company's global marketing and corporate communications strategy, bringing more than 15 years of technology experience in integrated corporate marketing, public relations, sales enablement, and product marketing campaigns across a broad range of large enterprises, mid-sized
software companies, and consumer technology start-ups.
Prior to joining Emotient, Vikki served as Vice President, Marketing at Unwired Planet (formerly Openwave Systems), the original pioneer of the consumer mobile Internet, where she led all aspects of the company¹s marketing and public relations activities. Earlier in her career, Vikki worked for two of the largest marketing and public relations agencies, managing innovative campaigns for leading enterprises, including Hitachi, IBM and QUALCOMM, as well as game-changing start-ups SideStep and zipRealty. Vikki holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
