multinational organisations & SME's across multiple industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Real Estate, Education and Private Equity.
Vijay is a subject matter expert in operating model design, customer journey mapping, CRM, employee engagement and business/investment & benefit reward analysis; and has extensive experience of delivering cross cultural change management and process improvement programmes.
In addition to this ,he provides robust advice and solution recommendations to help clients tackle a range of issues & challenges including :
