He has 15 years of experience in various capacities in the ITES industry. He primarily handles the overall operations at Intelliscript Transcription, LLC, USA, which is a healthcare BPO co-venture of Intellisoft Technologies started in 2003. He has been instrumental in decentralizing the company’s operations to countries like Nepal and Philippines.
