Victor Leventhal has been a director of Stratasys since 2012.
Before retiring in 2007, Vic Leventhal was a Group Executive for Dassault Systems, the parent company of SolidWorks, and was on the Global Management Committee for five years. Previously he spent seven years as the Chief Operating Officer of SolidWorks, growing it from a startup
company to $120 million in revenue. Before SolidWorks, Leventhal was at CAD Solutions, which he helped grow from a $5 million company to a $32 million company.
Before CAD Solutions, Mr. Leventhal spent six years as an EVP at ComputerLand, the largest worldwide computer reseller, where he was responsible for franchise development, purchasing, marketing, MIS, and vendor relations. Leventhal previously spent 18 years at IBM, where held numerous sales, marketing, and financial positions.
Leventhal holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas. He has also served in the Coast Guard on both active duties and in the reserves. From 2002 to 2007, Levanthal served as a director of Graphisoft, a leading architectural software company.
He also served as a director at SolidWorks from 1995 to 2002 and continues to advise the company as a consultant. Victor attended The University of Texas at Austin.
