A 20-year veteran in the financial industry, Victor started his career on Wall Street as an investment banker at Smith Barney and Bankers Trust, then ran several venture capital funds and operations, including BT Ventures, Alcatel Ventures, and SK Telecom’s VC funds.
Over the past 10 years, he has been primarily investing in real estate,
alternative energy, and natural resource projects in Asia, including the largest collection of iron ore mining projects in the Philippines.
He was Managing Director of International Business for his family’s real estate development business in South Korea, Benecity, where they managed and developed over US$2 billion of luxury residential and commercial projects.
Victor has a bachelor’s degree (B.A. Political Science) from Yale University and a master’s degree (MPP, International Trade & Finance) from Harvard University.
