Vicki joined Oxygen in 2012 as a Project Manager who delivered the first client implementation, and now heads up the Service Management function, based in the Manchester office. Vicki has over 15 years’ experience in Purchase to Pay, from working in different industries and as a Consultant for KPMG and PwC. She has been involved in a range of
different projects, including ERP implementations, Shared Services set up and business process transformations. Vicki is a qualified accountant, PRINCE2 and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
In her role Vicki is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of client programmes once the solution has been fully implemented. This includes supporting clients to maximise revenue and drive improvement, and managing performance.
