Ms. Vallejo has extensive experience in public company operations and all finance and accounting functions, including SEC reporting, compliance and internal controls. Veronica
holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from San Diego State University.
She is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
