As a P&D Tech and Innovation Leader, I am responsible for managing and planning the overall innovation strategy, culture, and initiatives for Claro Brasil, as well as supporting the technology inquiries and funding through innovation fiscal incentives. I have delivered results such as 141% annual growth targets reached, with more than 1,900 people from Claro impacted, as well as 13 new law projects, 83 technology initiatives, 36 innovation events, and 18 newsletters. I am also an accredited consultant in innovation and digital transformation, providing services to large companies in various sectors, such as Bradesco Bank, Riachuelo Stores, and Inventtando Consultancy. My mission is to drive innovation and growth for Claro Brasil and its clients, leveraging my skills in futurism, open innovation, ecosystem development, cross innovation, and CVC.
