Veera leads Smart Kalasatama programme and constantly looks for new ideas, projects and prototypes to take forward with companies, city, residents and other stakeholders. Veera has pursued her career for 18 years in the ICT industry and academy. For a decade she worked in Nokia, leading UX, smartphones portfolio planning and mobility development.
Veera is trained as a cognitive scientist and is currently a Ph.D candidate at Aalto University, Helsinki. Her special areas of expertise are in fields of smart city business development, user experience and innovation.
