Van is a Partner, focusing on product development, change management, and product lifecycle management (PLM) strategy and implementation work in the life sciences, manufacturing and high tech industries.
Prior to joining Kalypso, Van worked at RF Micro Devices (now Qorvo) and managed a team of employees chartered with developing and implementing
processes and systems for engineering support. His focus was on maintaining RFMD’s new product introduction (NPI) process while leading a project focused on reducing their product development cycle time and defining measurable process metrics. Van also managed a team of cross-functional resources during the selection and implementation of PTC’s Windchill PLM solution.
