As Chief Financial Officer, Van Goodrich directs the company's corporate accounting, financial planning, and reporting and is also responsible for Human Resources and Professional Services.
Prior to joining Accruent, Van was with Deloitte & Touche for 5 years in the Los Angeles and Sydney offices where he worked in their Assurance &
Advisory Technology Practice. During that time, he participated in filing multiple IPOs for companies with a total market cap of $3.7 billion, as well as helped complete several acquisitions of publicly traded companies.
In 2012, Van was named CFO of the Year by the Austin Business Journal in his category of medium-sized private companies.
Van is a CPA, licensed in the State of California. He has a BS degree from California State, Long Beach.
