Ulrike Becker joined the company in June 2016 as Group's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Comdata Group, she had an extensive and successful career as an auditor and consultant in KPMG, one of the leading International audit firms. Ulrike joined the audit department of KPMG Dusseldorf in 1996. In 1999 she transferred to the Financial
Advisory Service team of KPMG in London where she gained experience in Corporate Finance and Due Diligence work. In 2002 Ulrike relocated to Italy, Milan, where she was part of the Transaction Services Team. During her time with KPMG, Ulrike gained vast experience in assisting Corporate Clients and Private Equity houses in M&A transactions ranging from medium size family-owned businesses in Italy to big ticket deals across numerous jurisdictions, including post-deal integration work, refinancing and IPO transactions as well as GAAP conversion projects. She holds a master degree in economics from the Ruhr University Bochum (Germany) and is a certified public accountant.
