Ulf brings in extensive international business and operational experience. He held numerous top management positions in big international companies and is member of the Board of Directors in various industries. Since 2007 he has been non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of EMS-Chemie Holding AG. Ulf worked as a CEO or COO in a range of
companies like ABB (formerly BBC) and Sulzer AG, a leading Swiss industrial engineering and manufacturing firm, where he was also non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is active as a member of the Advisory Board of G+E Getec Holding GmbH, as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kuoni Reisen Holding AG. Before that he used to be a member of the Management Board Committee of Swissmem and was a member of the Board of Directors of Bobst SA Switzerland. He is partner at BLR Partners Ltd and holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.
