Uday Mathur is the Chief Technology Officer of RED. Uday has an extensive background in systems and application engineering. He began his career in image sensors and ASIC design at Biomorphic VLSI as a chip designer, and later as an applications engineer at Micron Technology where he focused on digital processors and camera modules. Uday joined RED
in 2008 as a digital system designer and was responsible for the embedded system design of the Academy Award-winning RED Epic. He later led the design of RED's DSMC2 line of cameras, the Panavision DXL, and several custom cameras built with RED technology.
