Troy Liu is founder and CEO at Mileslife, a platform that creates an ecosystem of airlines, merchants and affluent consumers and seamlessly connect all stakeholders via merchant points and airline miles. The Mileslife App provides users with the easiest way to earn frequent flyer miles via everyday spending.
A recognised expert in loyalty
marketing and a respected Key Opinion Leader in the airline loyalty space, Troy served as consultant and trainer to multiple international hotel chains and airlines, and speaks at international industry forums. He has extensive knowledge in the brand loyalty and consumer behaviour space, having himself travelled to more than 100 countries through earning and burning miles alone, prior to founding Mileslife.
Troy’s experience inspired him to build the Mileslife app so more people can benefit from miles and points accumulation. Mileslife launched in China in 2016, followed by Singapore and Hong Kong in June 2017 and August 2018 respectively. He describes the Mileslife app as a “miles-earning machine in your pocket”, allowing Mileslife users to maximise miles accumulation via their everyday activity.
